All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. There are no refunds/returns on wines that have been shipped internationally. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. By the same token, we are fully aware of those states that restrict personal shipments of wine and will not ship to those states.

Wines are sold and delivered only to persons 21 years of age or older. Adult signature is required at time of delivery.

There may be errors/omissions in Punt's listed prices. Punt reserves the right to adjust listed prices at our discretion, without prior notice. The listing of a price for any wine on this Web site is not an offer to sell that wine, but rather is a solicitation for an offer from you, the consumer, to purchase that particular wine. A contract regarding that particular wine is not formed until Punt accepts your offer to purchase same.

While Punt has excellent cellaring conditions and we are diligent in seeking out the provenance of older wines, we are unable to accept responsibility for the state or condition of these wines, nor are we able to guarantee that the wine in the bottle corresponds to the quality or attributes which might be expected from its description. Older bottles from the same case may have bottle variation. We generally provide information concerning the physical appearance of any bottle that is not normal for its age. However, Punt is interested in treating its customers fairly. Any issues that may arise with respect to the condition of wines sold by Punt will be dealt with on an individual basis within 7 days of receipt of wine.
